Grateful For Beautiful Places

Now that the 2008 is in full swing (and not a moment too soon!), let’s pause to remember what makes us grateful. The spirit of gratitude need not be limited to Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day but should permeate our hearts and minds throughout the fourth quarter of each and every calendar year.

I am grateful for my wife Catrin. I am grateful for life in sunny Orlando and my growing online audience. I am grateful for Justin Sutton for giving us the lovely vision of the future in which his Interstate Traveler Hydrogen Superhighway spans the globe. I am grateful for Jim Griffin for creating the Green Earth Expo with me and leveraging his wisdom to help it evolve into the United We Stand Expo.

I am grateful for modern cinema and the thousands of people in Hollywood and around the world who continue to create modern art in the form of motion pictures.

I am grateful for the Internet, without which you would not be reading my words right now and without which there would be no email, upon which I rely for so much.

What aspects of life make you grateful? The good folks at the Wildness Society have created a Special Places blog where people who have visited the same locations of natural beauty in the United States as they have can share their thoughts. Pop on over there today and leave a note!

When you’re done, return here to listen to all 3 parts of my telephone interview with Justin Sutton in which he gives us the entire vision and promise of the Interstate Traveler Hydrogen Superhighway, including its ancillary products of the Triage Traveler mobile trauma center, the Hydroponic Traveler potable water generator and the Grand Arbor Traveler reforestation and carbon sequestration system.

If you missed the interview with Jim Griffin in which we lays out the vision for the United We Stand Expo and how the Interstate Traveler fits in his plan, you can listen to it here.
